What was decided, when, and under which article.
SPAG is an association governed by the French law of 1 July 1901. Its binding decisions are taken by the General Assembly, which brings together all members of the association and meets on convocation by the President. This page is the public register of those decisions. Each entry carries a permanent reference number, the date of adoption, the subject, what the Assembly decided, and where that decision stands today. Numbers are never reused and never renumbered, so a reference cited elsewhere will always resolve to the same resolution — including one since superseded. Under Article 10 of the Statutes the Secretary General draws up the procès-verbaux of meetings and transcribes them into the association’s registers; those signed minutes are the authoritative record. What is published here omits the course of the deliberation and how individual members voted.

Agenda
The Bureau settles the order of business for the meeting.
Convocation
The President convenes the Assembly, sending the agenda to all members at least fifteen days beforehand. The meeting may be held by any means allowing members to be identified and to take part, including by video.
Deliberation and vote
Decisions are taken by a majority of the members present or represented. A member may hold no more than two proxies.
Entry in the register
The Secretary General draws up the minutes and transcribes them into the association’s registers. The resolution is then listed above.
Resolutions amending the Statutes, dissolving the association or disposing of its assets fall to the Extraordinary General Assembly under Article 12 and require a two-thirds majority of members present or represented. Any such resolution will appear in this register under an AGE reference.
This register is published for information. Where it differs from the signed procès-verbaux held by the Secretary General, the minutes prevail. The Statutes themselves are published on the Statutes page. Questions about an entry may be sent through the contact page.
